Staffinity Does Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Staffinity, LLC does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
What This Means for You
Because Staffinity does not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out action required. However, as a California resident, you retain the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including categories, specific pieces, sources, and purposes.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions required by law or for service delivery.
Right to Correct
You may request correction of any inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
Right to Limit Sensitive Data
You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes strictly necessary for service delivery.
Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing
Not applicable — Staffinity does not sell or share personal data. No opt-out is required.
How to Submit a Privacy Request
To exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, submit a verifiable consumer request to us at:

Please include: your full name, email address associated with your account, and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days, as required by CCPA. We may extend the response period by an additional 45 days when necessary, with prior notice.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, the agent must provide written proof of authorization signed by you. We may contact you directly to verify the request.
